Luke's visit

My cousin Luke stopped by for a visit on Friday. He occasionally drives from where he is living in Pensacola, Fl, to where his fiance lives in Virginia Beach. Since it is such a long drive for him, we are fortunate enough to get to enjoy his company for a night during his trip. He stayed here on Friday night, and then again on Sunday night. Madeline LOVES Luke and he is SO good with her. He did puzzles with her, read books, played with blocks, played games on the computer, and tickled her plenty. We can't wait for his next visit!

Madeline wanted to make cupcakes for Luke. I can't believe how much of the work she was actually able to do. When they were baked, she helped put icing on them. As she was putting icing on one, she kept saying, "this one is Luke's." But that didn't last long because the icing looked too good to her, so she ate it.
