SUPERHEROES!!!

My friend, Jackie, wanted to learn how to make a superhero cape for her son, Kyle. So after story time at the library one day, she came by for a little play date and sewing lesson. The previous night, she made a mask for Kyle. She brought me the template she made (as well as a girly one) and the materials. Here's Ethan's mask (now I just need to make the poor boy a cape!):

Madeline was invited to a b-day party of a boy on her soccer team. The party was the following morning at a park, so that night she helped me make him a cape (and then made sure it worked):
09-19-10 I don't have many pictures of Daddy's boo-boo, but here's one from 13 days post surgery...healing nicely!
